Refund Policy

At HotIA Vault, all payments are final and irrevocable.

Reasons

• The content is digital and instant (immediate access upon payment).
• Once a video or pack is unlocked, there is no way to "return" it.
• Payments are made with USDC (cryptocurrency), making transactions irreversible.

Exceptions

We will only consider refunds in cases of serious technical errors that prevent access to paid content (e.g., video does not load after confirmed payment). In such cases, contact us with the transaction hash and we will assist you.

No refunds are offered for "change of mind", "did not like the content" or similar reasons.
